About
The Howard Infinity Trust
A private family trust established to hold, organize, and steward the Howard family's assets under a single, durable ownership structure.
Purpose
The Trust exists for continuity and orderly administration. Rather than assets sitting piecemeal across individual names and accounts, it consolidates them under one administered entity with defined governance and a clear line of succession.
Its purpose is fourfold.
- Coherent ownership
- Holdings stay organized under one structure across time, instead of fragmenting as people, accounts, and circumstances change.
- Separation
- The assets are kept apart from the day-to-day liability exposure of any one individual.
- Deliberate succession
- Stewardship passes by design and under written terms — not by accident or default.
- A single record
- The family has one well-documented account of what is held and how it is governed.
Governance and administration
The Trust is administered by its trustee, who holds and manages the assets on the Trust's behalf and directs its operation under the terms of the trust instrument.
The trust instrument governs in all cases, and controls over any summary — including this one.
The instrument settles the matters that define the Trust. They are determined, and they are on record. They are not published.
- Trust type
- Governing jurisdiction
- Trustee and successor trustees
- Beneficiaries
- Schedule of assets held
Decisions about which holdings are titled into the Trust, and when, are made by the trustee in coordination with counsel.
What a trust of this kind holds
The Trust's own schedule of assets is not public. As a class, family asset-holding trusts of this kind commonly hold:
- Real property
- Operating ventures and rental activity
- Technology and infrastructure equipment
- Financial and investment accounts
- Intellectual property and domains
- Digital assets
Which of these the Trust holds, and in what measure, is a matter for the trustee and counsel.
The name and the mark
The mark is a lemniscate — a single line that returns on itself and has no end. It is the plainest picture of what the Trust is for: ownership that does not stop with any one person, and a structure meant to outlast any single steward.
Technology and internal trust fabric
The Trust is the legal and financial counterpart to the broader Howard Infinity
ecosystem. It is the registrant and operator of hi-trust.org, and it
operates the Howard-Infinity-TrustNet certificate authority — the internal
authority that issues and validates the certificates securing the family's own systems
and network services.
The two senses of the word sit closer together than they look. A certificate authority and a trust do the same work in different domains: each is a single root that others can rely on, each delegates authority under explicit rules, and each is built so that reliance does not depend on any one person being present. The Trust holds that root in law. TrustNet holds it in the family's infrastructure.
TrustNet is internal. It is not a public or publicly trusted certificate authority, it does not issue certificates to third parties, and it is not part of any public root program.
What is not published here
The Trust is private. The terms of the trust instrument, the identities of the trustee and beneficiaries, and the schedule of assets held are not public, and are not published on this site.
Where a counterparty has a legitimate need to verify a specific fact about the Trust — a service provider confirming that the organization is real and active, for example — that is handled directly through the contact form rather than by publication.
No public offering
The Trust does not offer products or services to the public. It is not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, or investment adviser; it does not issue securities or solicit investment; and it is not a charity, grant-making foundation, or membership organization. Nothing on this site is an offer, a solicitation, or legal, tax, or financial advice.
