Terms of Use
About this site#
hi-trust.org is operated by The Howard Infinity Trust (“the
Trust”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them,
please do not use the site.
The site is informational#
This site exists to describe the Trust and to provide a channel for administrative correspondence and organization verification. The Trust is private. It does not offer products or services to the public, and nothing here is an offer or a solicitation.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and nothing on it creates a professional or fiduciary relationship between the Trust and you. Any summary of the Trust on this site is a plain-language description only; the trust instrument governs in all cases and controls over anything stated here.
Text messages#
The Trust operates a low-volume messaging program that sends automated account and status notifications to the account owner's own mobile number. Consent is given directly and in person by that account owner. There is no public sign-up form, and the Trust does not message anyone who has not personally consented.
- Message frequency may vary.
- Msg and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. Reply HELP for help. Reply START, YES or UNSTOP to resume.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of any other service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- The Trust does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. How mobile numbers and consent records are handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use#
When using this site or its contact form, you agree not to:
- send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harassing content;
- send unsolicited commercial messages or bulk solicitations;
- misrepresent who you are or who you act for;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any related system, or to probe, scan, or disrupt it;
- use automated means to submit the contact form.
Intellectual property#
The name The Howard Infinity Trust, the Trust's marks, and the content and design of this site belong to the Trust. You may not copy or reuse them except as the law allows without the Trust's written permission.
Certificate authority#
The Trust operates the Howard-Infinity-TrustNet certificate authority for its own internal systems. It is an internal certificate authority: it is not publicly trusted, it does not issue certificates to third parties, and it is not part of any public root program. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to issue, validate, or support certificates for anyone outside the Trust.
Links to other sites#
Any link to a third-party site is provided for convenience. The Trust does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their practices.
No warranty#
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. The Trust does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability#
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Trust is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site.

The Trust may revise these terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and applies from that date.
